Strode Creations ships through UPS Michigan customers expect your order between 1 to 2 business days and out of state customers expect your order within 1 to 4 business days. PLEASE READ THIS TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. BY USING THE WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE YOU AGREE TO BE BOND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Your access and use of this service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms.
PHOTOGRAPHS
Strode Creations has the ability to publish your photographs for any lawful purpose, including, but not limited to, Strode Creations website, social media accounts, promotional materials either digital or in print, in perpetuity. By ordering and submission of photographs you wave any rights of privacy or compensation associated with the use your images for the personal or commercial purposes outlined above.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Due to the nature of our business and products we provide, All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item was damaged in transit only.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 2 days of receiving your customize product at sales@strodecreations.com to alert us of the transit damage, then return the damaged product in it’s original packaging to us.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the transit damage. If a replacement is not available we will issue a refund of the full purchase price of your item using the original method of payment. This excludes shipping cost.
To return your product, you should contact us prior to shipping the item at sales@strodecreations.com . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
